You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from the Website without the prior written consent of Curvy Ventures LLC.
 

3. User Contributions: You may be able to submit content to the Website, such as comments or reviews. You are solely responsible for your contributions. By submitting content, you grant Curvy Ventures LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in any form or medium.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your content and that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party. Curvy Ventures LLC reserves the right to remove or modify any user contributions for any reason.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or any systems or networks connected to the Website.

• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Website.

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

 

5. Disclaimer of Warranties: THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CURVY VENTURES LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

 

6. Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CURVY VENTURES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
 

7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Curvy Ventures LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or your breach of these Terms.
 

8. Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
 

9. Changes to these Terms: Curvy Ventures LLC may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept the revised Terms.
 

10. Events Policy: The purchase of a bash pass or event ticket acknowledges and affirms agreement to the following:

• Must be 21 & older with identification to attend a Curvy Venture event. No nudity, drugs, edibles, solicitation, and glass at the pool.

• We reserve the right to refuse and limit access to the event and hotel.

• Pool parties are private events for Curvy Ventures guests only.

• Please keep your event bracelet on at all times. 

• If the bracelet breaks or tears, please bring the broken bracelet to a staff member so it can be replaced. 

• If you do not give us the broken one you will need to purchase another one at the full event price.

• All rooms and suites are non-smoking and this is strictly enforced.

• We reserve the right to refuse ticket payment, refuse service and access to the event in part or in its entirety.

• All event fees are non-refundable. Bash or event tickets are transferable only as stipulated in event details.

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times during the event. Any behavior deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to other attendees or event operations may result in removal from the event. In the event of removal due to misconduct, no refund will be issued.

• Should you need to cancel your hotel room reservation at the host hotel or any designated overflow hotel, you will be subject to the cancellation penalties imposed by the respective hotel.

• Please only purchase a bash pass if you are 100% sure you can attend.

 

11. Photo / Video Authorization: I hereby authorize Curvy Ventures, LLC to publish the photographs and video taken of me, for use in Curvy Ventures printed publications, social media content, digital marketing media and the curvyventures.com website. I acknowledge that since my participation in publication of this digital media with Curvy Ventures LLC is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. I further agree that my participation in publication of any digital or print photographs, video content and social media content (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest & TikTok) with Curvy Ventures LLC confers upon me no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release Curvy Ventures LLC and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.

12. Release of Liability: In consideration for allowing me to purchase a ticket and participate in a Curvy Ventures LLC event, I hereby release Curvy Ventures LLC, its employees and representatives from any and all liability and agree to not raise any claims or institute legal action against Curvy Ventures LLC, its employees and representatives based upon any cause of action in my favor that arises from or in connection with my participation in said Curvy Ventures event. This release shall apply to any loss of or damage to my person or property, and to any personal injury {including death} which I may suffer. Including but not limited to, any loss, damage or injury, sustained or allegedly sustained by me due to the negligent acts, or omissions of the Curvy Ventures LLC ownership, its employees and representatives.

I fully understand and assume all risks, dangers and responsibilities, connected with my participation in said event. I also agree to assume any responsibility for any damage to Curvy Ventures, LLC property or Host Venue which arises from or in connection with my participation.

Act of God, Natural Disaster or Public Health Emergency: In the event of an Act of God, Natural Disaster or Public Health Emergency, Organizers will postpone the Curvy Ventures Bash to a safer date and all tickets will be transferred to the New Date. All Sales are Final. No Refunds. The purchase of a Bash Pass or Event Ticket acknowledges and affirms agreement with this policy.
